An important component of Töllås Fårgård is our farm shop where we sell lamb products. All meat we professionally carve and portion ourselves. From Autumn 2012 also meat of fallow deer and moufflon from our own corrals will be in the sales programme.
Our lamb sausages:
Lamb sausage and “lammpinne” (a beer-sausage)
Smoked lamb-leg and smoked lamb fillet.
Elderberry juice and pickled cucumber. Jams, jellies and chutneys, also all from our own making.
“Neck muffs” and headbands made from our own flocks’ sheep-fur are special attractions in our farm shop.
During the growing season we also sell vegetables from our big kitchen-garden – all absolutely fresh!
Washable lamb and sheep furs.
The farm shop is always open when we are at home.
Of course, there are times when we are not at home, so please ring us up before you set out to visit us, to be sure that we are open.
